Kakatiya University, Warangal has declared the results for the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education today 14th June along with the result University has also released the the final answer keys of the exam. TS ICET was conducted on 23rd & 24th May 2019. TS ICET exam is conducted for the admission into MBA and MCA programmes of all the Universities in Telangana State and their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2019-20. Candidates who appeared for the TS ICET exam can check their TS ICET result on the official website i.e icet.tsche.ac.in. Last year also TS ICET result was announced on 13th June. This year result will be announced tomorrow 14th June Friday as per official update.
The exam was conducted in multiple sessions based on the same syllabus and same pattern. Since the question paper is different for each session, there is a possibility that the candidates may compare themselves about the variation in the difficulty levels of question paper of the same subject. To counter this, normalization process will be followed for calculation of marks.
As exams happened in multiple sessions and question paper were different in each session hence it created a doubt in the minds of candidates as they were skeptical that questions in other sessions are easier than their own sessions hence to remove every iota of doubt Exam conducting body has appliead normalization process , they said “The normalization process brings all the candidates across all sessions on a comparative scale. Due to this process, the marks of the easy session may be reduced marginally and marks of hard session may increase marginally on the global scale,”
