Sheila Dikshit : A CM who changed Delhi forever, 81 years old passed away

Veteran leader and the tallest leader of Delhi, passed away. Sheila Dikshit at the age of 81 years old has left us. I am not huge admirer of Congress part but being a Delhiite I can not deny the fact that Ms. Dikshit changed everything for us. From 24 hours electricity to water connection everything she brought us at our door.

Cause of her death was cardiac arrest and from last few day she was struggling with her health which PC Chako also mentioned in his letter few days back. From PM Modi to UPA chairperson Smt. Sonia Gandhi everybody visited her paid their homage to her mortal remains. Visit of VVIPs was clear indication to tell how big leader she was.

I have spent my childhood and teenage under her regime and this is why I know how much she meant for Delhiites. She has done so many things for Delhi , flyovers, roads , sewer lines, hospitals , schools and many number of other things which have directly affected the life of people of Delhi.

There are very few leaders in India we have , which are equally respected across the party and she was one of them. She was a very objective leader, always held her ground and always stand by her decision if it is good for the society. But commonwealth game corruption was one of the only taint in her regime. Now she has left us and only her memories we have, she will be cremated at 2.30 pm today.
