Assam Science and Technology University has postponed the Assam CEE Exam 2020 due to COVID-19. Candidates who are interested for applying for Assam CEE Exam 2020 can still apply online as the dates for the same have been extended till 24^th April 2020.

The Assam CEE exam was to be conducted on 26^th April 2020 but as of now no new dates have been shared by the authority.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY FOR ASSAM CEE EXAM 2020.

1. Candidate has to be a citizen of India and permanent resident of Assam
2. Candidate has to qualify the examination individually in one attempt with minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC and 40% for ST) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

AGE LIMIT (as on 1^st August 2020):

Minimum age limit is 17 years.

Maximum age limit is 21 years.

Maximum age limit will be 22 years if the candidate has passed B.Sc.

Maximum age limit is 24 years for SC/ST category.

APPLICATION FEE:

Rs.750/- to be paid online (not refundable)

Steps to Apply for the Assam CEE Exam 2020:-

• Visit the official website i.e astu.ac.in
• On the home page, click on the “CEE 2020 Online Application Submission”
• New page will open, register using the required credentials.
• After registration, fill in the application form all required credentials.
• Recheck all the information and submit the form.
• Take a print out of the application form and save the login password for future reference.

ABOUT:

Assam CEE is a entrance examination which is conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University for admission into the engineering colleges in Assam. This entrance exam is conducted after the student completes his Class 12th and is willing to pursue engineering.
